Casting a spell to attract money and wealth can be very successful! Tips on how to make any money spell more likely to do its job.

Spells to attract money come from many different time periods and cultures, reflecting our shared desire to have more wealth. The number of people that are still not extremely wealthy, however, suggests that these spells do not consistently work. Money spells focus on abundance, and are corrupted by the presence of scarcity. This may be a scarcity in intent, persistence, or even ethics, any of which may render a spell for wealth useless.

Use a Positive Intent to Attract Money

"Money is congealed energy," Joseph Campbell is frequently quoted as saying, "and releasing it releases life's possibilities." Using magic to obtain money utlizes the Law of Attraction (like attracts like), and the Law of Attraction can be dangerous. Worrying about a lack of money will sabotage a wealth spell. Refusing to be generous reinforces a scarcity mindset, leaving the erstwhile spellcaster with less and less money to be jealously guarded. As the ninth commandment states in the King James version of the Bible: "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor's."

Positive intent can be achieved in several ways:

  • Thoughts about good deeds that could be done with greater wealth, such as easing the suffering of a sick relative, rescuing animals from shelters, buying and preserving land, providing good education to the family's children.
  • Paying bills with an attitude of gratitude. The mortgage payment represents those good people at the bank who worked to complete the house purchase. The taxes are for all the snow plowing, mail delivery, crime prevention, and municipal services. The utilities are paid as thanks for a warm home with lights and water.
  • Consider wealth to be stewarship of money, and identify a good steward to use as a role model. Ethical wealthy people use their congealed energy to improve many lives instead of flaunting it by doing nothing but spending it conspicuously on themselves.

Dwelling on making ends meet, jealousy over those who have more, and similar ideas lead to a scarcity of positive intent.

Persistence Pays off with Money Spells

Magic typically doesn't have an instantaneous effect and must be nurtured for a period of time. Wealth spells often must be repeated, or include steps that must be performed for days or even weeks. An abundance of persistence will increase the amount of money any spell attracts into the caster's life.

  • Follow the spell's instructions carefully. No spell should be commenced if the caster is not prepared to complete all the steps.
  • Act in accordance with the spell's intent. Casting a spell for wealth is much more likely to succeed for a person that actively seeks more money. Updating the resume, dressing for the desired job, being open to opportunities for new streams of income, and even buying the occasional lottery ticket can help.
  • Give to receive! Tip waitresses well, drop coins in the Salvation Army buckets, and buy from kids' lemonade stands. These simple acts prime the pump for wealth.

Positive Ethics Yield Positive Cashflow

Greed and avarice may have worked for captains of industry, but magical money rituals are more successful with a solid ethical base. Spells driven by jealousy and competition won't attract money like those built upon love and a desire to help other people, because they represent a scarcity of ethics.
